Oh bless thank you so much I/we are learning all the time, but I am really enjoying doing the work and get great satisfaction knowing I did it myself or we did it ourselves. Today we stacked another 5cubic of wood we know how to do that now, My first attempt went very well until I got to the third line they the whole lot fell down so had to do it again and again it fell down I went by the ytube video leaving the ends freestanding but it did no work so we both empted the woodshed and started again letting the wood lean and it worked so we stacked 10 cubic mts later in the day our neighbours came to help. We also learned how to cut and turn a tyre into a planter when it's painted and planted I will post a picture. I have many little project on the go, naturally driving poor Dougie mad but this is me I need to be busy all the time. Now the orphanages do not need us any more I must fill my time with something |

| We are back working in the garden again, Dougie has made and fitted most of the flynets now inlcuding the gable ends should finished off tomorrow then will take photo.
They tyre has also been cut and planted with a rose so will take photo of that too. Did more weedkilling spraying today so thankfully this is under control. When nets are finished than we really must start cementing on the path. Hopefully all the rain has gone far away now and we will continue to have sunshine. The garden is muddy at the minute it appears Silistra had rain all the time we were away a whole 6 days and it rained Sat and Sunday too. |

| Well we are truly impressed with our gazebo Dougie made and fitted all the nets just need to sort the opening nets for enterence than it will be totally finished until we make the blinds for winter. Here are a few pictures of the nets, the bottles has been started and the tyre, boy cutting and turning that tyre inside our was a nightmare Dougie used a knife but will used the jigsaw on the next one. He turned it inside out using clamps, works well. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Well the Gazebo is all finished now. All the nets, flowers, deocration, table and chairs bench and the electricty and lights connected just got to get piping to secure the wire underground. Dougie has also taken Bills advice and started to put the guttering up today so no more splattering. We are very very pleased with it. Next the path we will start that on Sat when we get more cement delivered [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Well that is all the guttering on now and we have a big plastic barrel to catch the water so we can water the plants with it - what a great idea We were going to do the path leading to it, it is prepared even the metal is down just need to mix the concrete, but we started pulling the fence down and cemented in some poles ready to hang the wire, Our neighbours Dotcho and Yvanka came down and they said they would come at 9am in the morning to help us string the wire so that is good news. We will do the first 30mts as that is all the wire we have for now so you never know might even get the path started the weekend.... |

| Well now the gazebo is finished with exception to the cementing of the path, weather permitting and no more guests we can get on with that next week. We are putting new wire fence now. We have cleared the first 50mts and set new posts. Today we started putting the wire on not as easy as we thought, two posts came away so had to renew them plus we checked the other old posts to see if they are ok, seems ok so after lunch will start the other end meet where we had to reset new posts. We know hoe to join the wire now with no joins showing. Looked like rain earlier but sun is out again. The crickets are making a dreadful noise, must be our music setting them off, never heard them before until I put the cd on..... |

| Please pray for Dougie , poor soul got stung on the forehead by a wasp. He's at the hospital now, his face all swollen and bruised, the doctors said he could easily of died. Luckily I was close enough to hit the wasp with my shovel before it had chance to sting him again!!.. |

| Oops! seem like we have mess up a little here. We Dougie, Roger and I started the cementing on the path from the gazebo to the villa and somehow lost my step down so now the step up fill is about 10" then they did a step down, not what I wanted but it will have to do now. The only problem was in this small amount all the red area we used 3 tone of ballast and 13 bags of sand.... So not right. We used 15 shovel mix to 4 cement. Think we got carried away eh! Looking up the internet the walkway and path should be about 4" deep not 10" and 6". We are over half way now so may have to thin it out to 4" as we go. They were talking of taking about digging deeper. Guess I will tell them no for the next part. We are over half way now [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Poor dougie , I've been stung 3 times this week but no reaction , well apart from a few expletives and dodgy dancing about the garden. You might need to look at getting an epi pen just incase it happens again. Send him our well wishes . |

| A little tip which may help anyone getting rid of a wasp nest....wait until it's totally dark and then spray it.
They can't see in the dark and will almost never leave the nest while you spray.
I've got rid of dozens of nests in this way...and never had a sting. |
