Would expect so, looking at the picture you origionally posted, it is sitting on gravel paths, with what looks like protected beds of plants? so for pure gravel paths I suspect it would ideal don't believe everything you read!! Bill

So if I spray this only on the weeds it will get rid of them? but I mustn't spray it on anything I want to keep? is that right ?

This does work very well but as bill said you must be careful not to spray anything you want to keep as it is not discriminatory it will kill anything.

Not really sure what it does to the soil but it definitely kills the weeds, we've only tried it on places where we haven't anything else growing so do be careful

The vinegar, whilst not very common, can be found with a bit of effort...the Epsom salts are another thing altogether! TBH, the last time I ever saw that stuff was back in the '70s...I can vividly recall the taste! (no wonder the weeds die).

Hum well I tried this got 2 3lts bottles of vinigar 7lev then 1lev washing up licquid then £5.20 for the epsom salts so total cost to do 5lts was £8.63 and that only did one small area, which took 4 days to turn the weeds yellow but weeds still there. The normal bottle of weedkiller is 14lev just under £6 and it did 65lts

Sounds like a bit of a hassle and expence? but does it work?? Its that time of year when everything seems to be growing like wildfire, especially the weeds, Sue (Better half) is the gardener, I am just manual labour, if its got roots and green leaves its a weed, so I am not allowed to clear the beds, Sue does the lawn and I do the strimming, plus any heavy digging & construction, paths, pergola arches etc For the weeds she uses Weed & Feed, obtained from our friendly Agro chemist in Dobrich sprays according to instructions (might be worth asking your local Agro Chemist what they suggest) She waters at least once a day and sometimes at night I loose her for at least an hour when she is on Snail Patrol, various chemical for getting rid, none seem very effective, so she is out with her headlamp and bucket collecting, Current situation on our three garden areas [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I am looking into investing in one of these [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]But runs on Parafim or Kerosene....... so if I find a reliable and permanent supply it will go in my Garden armoury Bill
