Thanks again Paddy, unfortunately we are limitied to JCB here in Silistra the co operation in the next village has one but it is in use until mid July, we tried the other villagers but no JCB'S We rang our frined and even he cannot get us one so Geroge the builder did fine this one and haggled the price to 65lev so we have to stick with that.... Re the septic I think it is going be a cesspit from the sound of it. I will call in Richard at Sew Solutions when we need to put in a proper septic tank but for now we will just get the building done.

Heck it is pourning down out there now so I assume no JCB tomorrow.

Flipping Nora thught the roof was caving in this morning the loud noise woke us up at 5.20am hailstones the size of marbles were banging on the roof and w ehave a tin guttering so every stone could be heard bang bang bang. it is now 7.30am and still the rain and thunder and lightening full force. We were due to have workers today but no work today and no delivery of materials grounds too wet. Told the JCB to buzz off he kept putting us off hour by hour. We and the neghbours will flatten the gorunds in due course.. Have a great day!!!

i am glad that you are enjoying your experience with you mini building empire, it does make better sense if the JCB man is delaying you as he will make it his business to go as slow as he can and delay as long as he can.
i only have one puzzle for you to think of hopefully an answer, why do you need a cesspit because if your plan is to call in sewage solutions, wouldnt it make more sence to get a costing from him and as he is a sponser i think of yours i am sure he will have a JCB to dig the hole, this way you end up with 2 holes and once conected to your home you would only need 1 hole otherwise you will end up with 3 holes and pipes all over the place.
weather must be full too, with all that thunder,
seeing someone to try and get that sat dish for you and seeing the other person very soon about the markee, but i think that is likely to be next year before that comes down.
working out my costs i can get 2 pallet spaces over to Bulgaria for £350. + vat the cost of taking my van is in the region of £2000.00 your friends that shipped your pallets over what cost are they?
my kids dont want the drive so i may have to delay that till next year.

back from Gibralter great few days, it was like going back to the early noughties fuel was 97.9 ltr for dev not bad at all except to expenive to travel just to fill up.
on way to Gibralter was going through Gatwick, and me and peter put the suitcase on the scales at easyjet noticed it was only 10.1 kg and i said well your wish may come true, we might be able to get a monkey in the case on the way back.
got as far as the ticket desk for the plane and peter was stopped, the comment that was made when we dropped the bag of was racist and we are not to say things about monkeys as its remark was racist and the person who took the bag of us made a complaint, it turns out the person was dark coloured better use my words carefully i did not notice that as i am in the service industry and only service and money come into that not colour or what ever also on that note the person should have checked the ticket which clearly said Gibralter on it and as she was at an airport that goes to places around the world she should have known that and also if she thought it was racist she should have said something but more to the point should not be in that job if she is so touchie and maybe go to another job that interaction with customers is not their, i was not talkin about her or her colour just the monkeys on Gibralter, complaint is on its way to easyjet.

All coming on great so far so good. it should be finished by the time you come over in Sept Paddy. I strimmed the garden again yesterday and today 4. 1/2 hours yesterday and 1 hour today. It' not as hard as I thought, in fact it was easy but time consuming. I got a little carried away trimed all the weeds coming through the fence so all nice and neat now. Dougie said the builders were laughing at me trimming the weeds along the fence, but hey the strimmer did the job see picture below

Also look what I have grown in the garden, well actually Baba Ginka set the cucumber plants and I just kept an eye on them, later on we are going to ake one of them plastic orangeeh!! a kind of greenhouse for the tomatores and cucs and probably peppers. Told baba Ginka one meter of each will be more than enough for us so we will see how it goes.

the garden looks great and not how i seen it last, at this rate a ride on mower will go through it as before it would have been better to attach a cutter on your 4x4, so great work looking forward to seeing it.

over the past few weeks really feel like jacking it in and just moving over,

the problem i have is i will want to run a business or be part of one yet i should be thinking feet up take time off and enjoy.

really need to get my act together. some days it is really hard as i am looking to buying a home for my kids over here the problem i have is i've seen the prices in Bg and it is very hard to except the prices over here because the houses are the same run down type lack of maintenance houses here with no garden the only difference is they are about £150k wide apart. and i keep thinking what could i do with that money in Bg.
