Hi, as anyone stayed at the Bulgaria hotel ? going over in 2 week and would like a change from the Bulair.

I'm assuming you mean in Burgas, there are quite a few Hotels around the Bulair area, infact the Luxor is just a few metres farther up the road/hill from the Bulair. Close to the Bulgaria is Hotel burgas and Fontonov. The Bulgaria hotel is a classic ex communist Hotel, its ok and thats all. If you already have a booking at the Bulair i would consider not cancelling it until you have confirmed elsewhere, Burgas in very busy at this time of year and spaces/rooms are limited.

i would suggest getting off the beaten track of Burgas sunny beach etc and go to some small towns and villages see some of the life here and the hotels are good too bed and breakfast houses are plentiful too

We ended up staying at the hotel Bulgaria for 2 nights and it was lovely, the room was large with a massive bed, the view was amazing the hotel was very clean and there was plenty of choice for breakfast, booking with alpha rooms worked out cheaper than booking with the hotel.
