Good question, but to be honest, I've not heard anything from the BG Govt regarding the issue. It might pay you to pop down to the the office which issued your lichna karta and ask them.

We have been to Cyprus for two weeks 17th Jan to 31st Jan it was lovely during the day but boy was it cold late afternoon and evening. We both got very sick down for 9 days. I did manage to get some antibiotics from the pharmacy and began to feel a lot better. Real bad chest infection and coughs of course the air conditioning was the only form of heating and I believe that made it worse. but thankfully we are back home now and all better. We go to the canaries next week for a month so hope and pray it is not the same there, if so, then sod the holiday just book flights home. When we get hom four days later I go to Florida for 3 weeks I am told it is very very hot there
