| My life dream is to buy over 10 acres of land to turn it into a nature reserve with many native trees and flowers. The nature reserve would consist of a very large fish pond stocked up with many species of fish and many different types of lillies, grasses and weeping willow draping over the pond. The landscape would have a couple of outlook towers, picnic tables amongst the foilage and exoctic animals roaming freely for all to enjoy who ever visits.l also was thinking of a few hobbit houses and chalets spaced out for comfort. l would build sections from the land for breeding endangered species and then let them lose in the countrysideThis also includes, many different kinds of butterflies[especially adonus blues]and beneficial insects which can be sold to the public to fund the project.Another section would be used for growing fruit and vegatables and also growing edible fungi. The produce l have grown would be on sale in the farm shop, which will also sell many everyday products for the tourist. And next to the farm shop is with a tea room cafe.A gift shop would be of benefit to for the keen naturist. The chickens, ducks eggs would be collected and sold as free range eggs.l would breed rare farm animals as well and organize schools trips to the place. There would be a camping area as well for those outdoor enthusiasts. The spoil from the dug out fish pond will be used for constructing many high mounds with grass and meadow flowers growing on them. The remainder of the dirt would be used to cover the hobbit houses[similar to the telly tubby houses]. l saw large plots of land for sale in the west country with planning permission on certian constructed builds for 40grand and over, and wish l had the money to build my dream. This is what l want to help and take care of natures wonder. And of course,to see the visitors faces enjoying what nature has for us to make us feel good. l would start up a charity to aid in the protection of the wildlife and encourage an education program to help people understand the importance of our wildlife amongst us l know it is out of reach now, since l have no funds left." But" ,at least this dream does give me a sense of hope and maybe one day a miracle might happen.Oh Well, back to bed and dream on. |

| Everyone should have a dream, and your wishes sound really interesting......though I'm not sure about the cafe and naturists! Might put the naturalists off! All those dangly bits....... Seriously though, it's a great dream, and if we win the lottery we would be happy to sponsor, though you may need rather more than ten acres. My dream is just to live a simple life, but with the odd convenience. Just a relaxing retirement but with plenty of time for my hobbies and interests, like growing my own and cooking/preserving, a couple of horses for leisure and working, plenty of wood to stoke the fire in winter, surrounded by nature. But I would need help, like car, rotovator and computer, (and Mr Eq of course!) don't want a hard life, just one to feed my interests. Mr Eq just likes to have a project on the go! I'm sure there will be plenty of those in my dream! Mrs Eq |

| l just realized what l posted about naturalists campers. What l meant to say was keen nature lovers with an eye of seeking out natures species.[But you have given me an idea though.l'll work on that one.
other interests would to be self efficent with allowing copicing for fuel. And willow as well to be used for woodcraft, etc. All the animal waste would be used for collecting methane and for composting.Even dog crap can be used for producing gas for cooking etc.l also would hand out notices for the locals to save their papers so l collect them to make compressed wood logs seasoned with a hint of saw dust from the copicing etc.l used to make charcoal as well.l would have that going. All these projects would be of interest to schools councils and of course the public.l really do think it will work because times are changing for people to think of alternative to the what we took as granted.
l would need well over 10 acres as you have suggested, which would be fantastic. But my dream in financial terms can only stretch to maximum of 40 grand for 10 acres l saw. Now for the name of the reserve..errrmm!.give me time.l'm still thinking about that one |

| Nice dream...but is this in Bulgaria? I'm having a bit of a problem with your pricing as I paid around 4,000 pounds for 800 acres of very fertile undulating land with a permanent small river cutting it in half only a few months ago. The property includes three houses and all supplied with power and water. |

Good grief....where do you find a place like that? I'm sure we could find a dream to fit that! Mrs Eq |

| I do recall trying to sell my part of Bulgaria to some of you quite recently..with no takers..maybe too far from the tourist traps! I've been here almost six years now and the last time I spoke with a Brit or an English speaker was two years ago. Guess what?....I don't miss it! I do enjoy this forum . |

Guess what?....I don't miss it!" " " but you also say " " " I do enjoy this forum ." " " in which , you are talking , albeit it online , to brits or english speakers......controdicton ?? |

| He did say 'spoken to..' which is different to writing to.... I rarely speak to English folks but write a lot on this forum. I am British after all even if I am in Bulgaria and do things the Bulgarian way as much as possible. My dream would be to have enough money to live in an open space in the English countryside with my animals, a small cottage and near the sea and family. Absolutely impossible I am afraid although my good fairy is doing the best she can with my newly purchased caravan. |
