Howdy everyone,
My Mum &
Dad are looking for a English divan bed in either double or kingsize around Vt area or somewhere that could deliver inside Bulgaria. Any links to websites that sell such an item.
They are fed up with the Bulgarian beds.

We ended up bringing ours from the UK. The beds here all seem to have the mattress
glued onto the bed slats! Not easy to get a sheet under.

Good luck with your search, perhaps beds are better here now!

There is a company that make beds in Yambol. They make them on contract to other European Countries so maybe they could make one to your required size.

I am at the moment grounded in the Uk due to a sudden illness which prevents me from flying &
working and also coming back to Bulgaria for the next few weeks or months. My folks will be coming back to Bg in April and was hoping to get something sorted for then.

They may consider sending over a bed from the Uk,as they have sent stuff over before, but watching the pennies at the moment.

The factory is quite close to the railway station and if you are coming from Town you turn right and the first crossroads before the station and then its turn right into the first factory complex and it is the one on the far right hand side.

I know how you feel we went through several beds here before we decided to get one sent over from the uk and now I love to sleep for an extra hour whereas before I couldn't sleep at all.

we struggled to make the bed as the matress is sunk inside the frame making it impossible to tuck sheets in. so we put slats across the top of the frame so the matress sits on top just like a divan. problem solved.

At this factory we found they make mattresses so what we did was to have 2 one thick and one a bit thinner. Put them one on top of each other on the bed and wow what a comfortable sleep and bed making according to the boss is much easier :Great:In fact the bed is more comfortable than the one we have in the UK and that was a costa a lota expensive thing.

I have tried 2 mattresses in the past but they always seem to move and slip so in the end we also got one sent from England which we now have and it's oh so lovely.

Why do they glue the mattress onto the slats anyway? :shock:

We brought our bed and memory foam mattress from the UK and it is just wonderful. We also bought memory foam mattress for all our rooms here in the UK from Ebay - Some companies do deliver all over the world and they are vacuumed packed. You have to let stand for several hours to expand but they really are just fantastic!
