the verb 'to be'

These are the affirmative forms! Bulgarian verbs have different forms for every person!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am -->
Aз cъм az sum
You are (singular)-->
Ти cи ti si
He is -->
Той е toi e
She is -->
ТЯ е tya e
It is -->
То е to e
We are -->
Hие cме nie sme
You are (plural &
polite) -->
Вие cте vie ste
They are -->
Те cа te sa
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To create the negative form, put 'не' (the Bulgarian for 'no') in
front of the verb 'to be'...

I am not -->
Aз не cъмaz ne sum

You are not (singular)-->
Ти не cи ti ne si

He is not -->
Той не е toi ne e

She is not -->
ТЯ не е tya ne e

It is not -->
То не е to ne e

We are not -->
Hие не cмеnie ne sme

You are not (plural &
polite) -->
Вие не cтеvie ne ste

They are not -->
Те не cа te ne sa

Note: notice that the negative article comes before the verb and NOT after like it does in English..so there for the forms ''аз cъм не'', ''ти cи не'' etc... are NOT correct!!!
Also тя can be writen as tq ->
due to я = q on the keyboard :)
