Hi Everyone,
Just looking for some advice, we have built 3 houses in the village of dyulevo (Sredec). One to remain our own as we're moving there asap.
The other 1 to remain our childrens as they are moving with us (And one day they can pay rent Haha) Looking for some advice on what to do with the 3rd one. We can either sell or keep for long term investment or rent out.
As we are still in the UK, We can offer the house to the forum exclusively as a base for anyone who wants to try out bulgarian village life, we owe nothing on the house so the rental will be minimum, when it is finished we will build a pool, BBQ area etc etc.

Any advice anybody can give us would be great and we're also looking to go into some sort of business having owning a construction and double glazing manufacturing company, we will be looking for a completely new venture.

Hi Everybody,
The R.E.A on the picture is when we had it up for sale but now we have decided to try and rent it out ourselfs or keep for long term investment along with the flat we rent out in sofia to generate an income for when we make the move , we are private sellers now.
Once the property market goes up a little bit in the UK we hope to sell and then buy a business in Bulgaria.
It's 20 miles away from Bourgas

Wow!!! What wonderful house Paul - Would be a better idea renting it out yourself if you can. Fetch, on here has a few properties and I am sure she will give you best advice. However, now is the time to think about renting a property for your summer hols guys and this might just be the right one for you. If I hear of anyone looking to rent in Bourgas, of course, I will refer to you Paul
