| Hi Folks from today can all members who wish to post news please post them in the " Daily News " thread in the media forum, this doesn't mean you can fill it with items that may not be of interest to the members as a whole! if I find posts cropping up all over the forum, they will be removed! There are several reasons for this: (1) Novinite and others will not be happy with us copying everything from their site to our forum which is quite understandable. (2) The Forum will become flooded with articles of no interest to anyone other than the poster. (3) We run the risk of legal issues being brought against the forum over their 'copyrighted material' being copied although I do have an agreement with novinite to copy and paste a small amount daily ie 3 or 4 articles of daily news. And last but not least : [size=150:5eui7963]You must always quote the source of the article, if not, they will be removed. |

| Hi Ashley,
Might it not be wise to set concrete limits on citings?
Regards, George. |

So long as the 'source' of the news item is correctly referenced, and it is absolutely relevant to Bulgaria, those living in Bulgaria or those wishing to move to Bulgaria, then we don't have a problem. Best Wishes Chris |

Hi Ashley, Is it possible to publish " exact limits" and have an auto cut off point? B. Rgds., George |

| I really can't understand the fixation with posting news that has already been published elsewhere and available to the whole world?
There are no brownie points to be earned here for being the first out of bed and posting all manner of news just get a few posts on the board. Unless the topic is relevant, and will cause discussion, then leave it on the original site?
If Ash says it's four maxi per day, then that's the limit. Any others will be removed.
Four stories per day maximum, in the Daily news section, and quotes to the source please.
This topic is now locked as the rules are quite clearly laid down.
PS. Constant breach of the guidelines above will result in a ban |

| We're having a spring clean of old news topics that never developed into a conversation amongst members, and we will be removing them from the main forum |
