| This may seem a daft question to you old hands on this site
But it might be easier if there was a new topic button on the portal page. Or have I missed the obvious as usual |

But it might be easier if there was a new topic button on the portal page. Or have I missed the obvious as usual Hiya Tony When you look in the Portal on the left hand side, you will see a section called " Latest topics" you can click on any of those and it will take you to the respective topic alternatively you can click on the RSS button to the right at the top of the forum which will do much the same. Hope this helps. Ashley |

| Thanks Mike & Ashley. You will see from my introduction my background. But please will we all try and avoid TLA'S. Three and Four letter abreviations it is one of my pet hates. Sorry but these things cause more confusion than anything I have ever encountered in all my life.
In the old days the 14th Edition of the Electrical Regulations was written in English. Nice and easy to use (Sort of) but since then it is always written in Geek or English sounding Greek and is full of TLA's. I spent most of my working life trying explain what it all meant ha ha. |

| Hi Tony I take it you mean " RSS" this is the standard that is used on the internet it actually means " Really Simple Syndication" which wouldn't mean much to anyone |

Nice to see another sparks on here if you think the 14th was bad you should read the 17th |
