Can anyone tell me why my internet connection has been off and on several days in the last few weeks? My internet man says the electric has been off but it will be on at 5pm. What on earth is that all about? Its not off in our village. Its off from about 10am till 5pm on a regular basis recently and since I have paid for a year up front I am not a happy bunny. Can anyone explain? I am thinking of going with Vivacom for their phone, internet and TV package. Has anyone got this package and is it any good? What TV channels do you get because I am getting fed up with Bulsatcom too? Maybe I am getting too fussy. Answers PLEASE.

Well nobody has replied about Vivacom packages for mobile, TV and internet. Is it true you have to sign up for 2 years? I only want 6 months. Maybe I should put this in another place to get some replies?

I dont have vivacom tv, you dont have to have a long contract, but there is a good discount if you do. they have three packages on offer, but i dont know if they are all in english.

Thanks Starlite. I know they have the packages on offer and I don't need them in English. I was wanting to know if they had to be for 2 years if you had the packages. Someone told me you did which I thought was odd. I am not interested in getting the bonus (Bulsatcom offers the same if you sign up for a year). I was more interested in the service provided if anyone has had the internet/telephone package.

I have the trio package which is the land line, internet and mobile for 40 levs a month, i also have international calls of over 2 thousand minutes per month which is free, calls to same network are also free which i think is good value. so i have no complaints with vivacom. i wished they did sky tv because i would have that definately.

We have the Vivacom package for TV, internet, landline and mobile. Total about 46lvs a month - but we paid for a year in advance when we signed up. Theres a good mix of channels etc, but on the website they do list the channels for each package

We have had a few probelms - telephone line down in the winter and the modem 'died'. On both occasions we reported the problem in the shop when we were passing, and within 2 days an engineer came, and fixed the problem. A few days later we had a customer service call to see if all was ok.......

Hi - when we signed up it was for 12 months, then after that on a rolling monthly contract.

The service really has been great - Im guessing that they have either flagged the acccount when we set it up or they 'look' at the account name, because any calls from Vivacom have always been in English.

With Vivacom you can access your account online and pay online as well. It took a while to get this set up because I didnt have any invoices in the UK I decided to wait until I returned to BG last week. Only to find that in BG we didnt have any monthly invoices, cos the other half paid for the year in advance !!

So off I went to the vivacom shop and they couldnt give me an invoice number either - but said to ring '123' customer services !! The guys in the shop were really helpful and helped us to sort it and '123' gave me an invoice number to use and whilst in the shop we set up the acccess online - all is good now, and I can see the invoices Should of just phoned Vivacom from the UK !!!

The Vivacom site has an English option, but this doesnt work on all the pages so I use the account in google chrome to help me with the language.

Might help someone else too set things up quicker - took me ages !!!
