Hi Guys

Just had a reminder that Pancake Day is coming so thought I would let you know we will be having.

Yum: thin pancakes with hot maple syrup, ice cream and lashing of double cream topped with crushed nuts . I know a total mortal sin but it is only once a year
so come on tell us, what's your favorite?

Pancakes made by Kalinka (our BG friend) eaten at 9 am with Yaguda (Strawberry) Jam and or honey. Rolled then eaten from end to end. I find I am full after about 10 -12 though

Scotch pancakes of course with syrup or strawberry jam!
Can't get syrup here unfortunately though.

Will certainly have a go at it, must find the omelette pan, it was here somewhere in a box, what box though . . . . . .
