Easiest thing to make ever and is amazing for Breakfast when its fresh cooked!!!

ingredients:

Sirene
Filo pastry
Egg
Fizzy water
Vegetable or Sunflower oil

My way is simply

1) Put little oil in baking tray
2) Put a layer of filo
3) Put some Sirene
4) Put a layer of filo
5) put some oil
6) Repeat steps 2 to 5 until you have used your filo up
7) cut your banitsa into the sizes you want
8) Mix 3 or 4 eggs with a drop of fizzy water
9) pour egg mixture on banitsa then move tray around to cover all the top of the banitsa
10) stick in the oven for around 40 to 45 mins on gas mark 6

Banitsa ...Done!!!

I love it and make it a few times a month :)

I'm going to try it with spinach next and see if I like it is there anything else that would work ?

made this last week but added a bit of onion with the cheese but had no spinach but it didnt last long in our house Yummmmmmyyyyyyyy

Its great with a little tomato as well xx
