Snow falls in Antonovo, Omurtag

Snow fell in the area of Omurtag and Antonovo (Northern Bulgaria) this morning, weatherman on duty at the Hydrometeorology Observatory in Targovishte . The snow was falling for about 20 minutes. No snow blanket has formed. Although the snowfall air temperature are still above zero. Measured temperature in the early morning was 0,6 degrees C.

I wonder if this is an indication of a bad winter? its a bit early I would have thought

Snow is fluttering in Pamporovo mountain resort, the measured temperature in the resort is 1 degree below zero in Celsius. Mist has started clearing away.
