Don't know about the bridge area but the road frm Varna to Dobrich is much better now, they were working on a long stip when we came back from Cyprus so soon the road will be sorted. They have not got to the turn off to Silistra ie Citeron showroom, and Mr Bricolodge and the turn off garage is on the left unfortunaely that is still full of holes. However, they are making their way there

Willow...thats the bridge which connects at landlevel down at the docks under the Asparuhove main road bridge span to the island in the middle of the sea,s two channels into Varna Lake........weird ,in the 15 yrs of being here ive never been down there
