Tuesday was Brenda's birthday and so I arranged a party in the village for her. The help I received from everyone was overwhelming. The kmet donated the library room for the function and our friends helped turn it into a party room with balloons and bunting.
The party itself was fantastic with dancing and singing to live accordion music and modern disco.Food and drink flowed , lovely handmade gifts were received and a chorus of "
Happy Birthday "
by everyone in the room was so moving . . . it was just great!
Brenda rated it as one of her best birthdays ever and I heartily agree.
