First topic message reminder :

Well, I am here to announce that Mr Eq and I are now the proud owners of a home in Bulgaria! We will be moving out in the middle of May, and there will now be a fresh batch of questions forthcoming, so anybody who would like to share their experiences and information....please feel free.

For now that is it, panic has not set in and Mr Eq is at work so no-one to chat to yet. Excited but pannicky too. I have to admit it feels good to be a property owner again after six months in someone else's house!

Thanks everyone for your best wishes and encouragement. There is a bit to do as it was a holiday home so no heating, character or internal stairs. But basically in very good condition with new shower rooms and a workable kitchen, so hopefully the issue of stairs can be resolved before winter, don't much fancy having to climb the outside stairs to go to the loo in snowy weather!
