Hopefully someone will be able to help. I want to buy a car in Bulgaria but i do not live there full time. I do have a registered company non trading. Is it possible for me to buy and register a car if i am not a resident.

I think you will find you can. as you are buying a car in your company name. When we first came over we brought an old car with us and registered that here with no problems.

If i buy the car in the company name does it mean the company will be classed as trading or is it just another asset. Also i am hoping to close the company now we can own land without one. As a non resident and company closed do you think this will cause a problem.

it is classed as an asset only ....and not that you are a trading company
as to your second question . i dont think anyone can answer that honestly at the moment ....
