this is all about our Garden Party at the Silistra Orphanage 1st Oct 2011 and interview with our guests

watched it oddy ...looked a really good programme...just wish i could have heard more what the brits were saying....plus would love to have heard what V from the new english quest house was saying !!
you and hubby appeared to come over well ...recognised a few faces from your garden party ,part of the programme...lovely shot of our willow and co ....

Ah bless thanks VG for that - unfortunately we could not view it here in the UK. Ivelina said If they don;
t station archive I will try to have the program reformatted and converted into a small flv or mpg and put it on the Youtube I will try to get BNT to do something'
So fingers crossed would love to see it myself too. Was it a film about all expats or just the Garden Party?

oddy thats such a shame you could not see it ...unfortunatly our tv provider has scrambles our recording option now ..so i could not record it either
there were 2 seperate english couples on, then the english quest house in ruse with V speaking as steve is no longer available there !..then your mayor...then the garden party , which seemed to have the most air time .. then another english couple then some english women with bulgarian relatives /friends at xmas time....

Spoke with Ivelina and not much chance of getting a copy now however, Joanne a friend in VT said she taped it so you never know guys we might get to see it sometime. If not we have this years Garden Party to look forward too and we might even get some film footage from that. who know what will happen. I know for sure we will have some more fabulous photos again this year if Willow is in Bulgaria, as you know Bryan is our official photographer for the Silistra Orphanage when he is in Bulgaria. Last year, he flew over specially for the Garden Party and took some wonderful photos and presented an album to us here in the UK and also took another album to the Silistra Orphanage himself, which is on display for everyone to see on their visit. Bryan is a long time supporter of the Orphanage is always looking at new ways to help out. Nicola Miller is back up to Bryan and will also be taking the photos this year, also did some fantastic photos which you can see all the photos on the gallery here and. So we have cover even if we don't get the TV film.

Managed to watch the programme via link.
The Bulgarian language CD that I play whenever in the car must be working as I was at least able to pick up a couple of words. Well done to all.

Thanks for the link Bernie I was able to understand some of it but the rest I managed to get the gist of. Its great that the Bulgarian tv co have now taken a firm interest in Silistra Malek Preslavetz and maybe that in turn will send a message to the Bulgarians.

Brilliant Berni and thanks for the link, I'm sure as said above this will go out to all the Bulgarians and perhaps open their eyes as to the plight of all these children and adults for that matter.
