Nice idea mickhev lets hope others will join in here but I have to say from my own experience you have more chance of getting this sort of thing free from Bulgarian

I'm not in Bulgaria yet and don't even own a house out there but I'm all for anything that's free so I'm all ears

Don't friends help each other as a matter of course?

of course they do . however, cyber friends is a whole new way of interacting with people you dont actually know. people on a forum have a common interest and regular contact builds friendships. its a relatively safe environment as the site is moderated and just knowing that help is there when you need it ( in whatever form) is a value that cannot be measured.
