 Burns Night on Tuesday 25th of January

Burns Night on Tuesday 25th of January Empty

Burns Night approaches and here in Turkey I am playing the Bagpipes in two restaurants in full Highland Dress (frightening!!) I wear the Black Watch tartan and will be sampling some Haggis to celebrate the occasion made here by a Scotsman called John. Sincerely hope that somewhere in BG Burns Night will also be celebrated. If we move to BG this year some of you will witness me playing the Bagpipes on New Years Eve somewhere near Elhovo (even more frightening!!)

I have had many a highly polished shoe slid between my feet by a female whilst playing in an attempt to witness this ancient Scottish secret. A few have wanted to have a picture taken standing beside me afterwards, can't imagine why!!!
