Currently there is an influx of expats coming to the from Turkey to the southern region many are friends of mine or friends of friends. there appaers to be a lack of common rentals ie 250- 300 BGN pcm if you have a suitable porpert short or long let,s please pm me. I am not an agent and have no interest in commison etc just looking out for friends

I have property Stara Zagora way but maybe this is a bit far from where they want. Looking for around 400BGN per month but property is split into two large apartments so could have two couples in it each paying 200 BGN a month. Would really need to know each other.....

Would be willing to consider our house in Kotel for a long term rental. About 1 hour 20 minutes from Bourgas airport. 1 hour to Yambol and about 1 hour 15 to Veliko Turnovo.

A very special house in a very nice town!

It is the Elhovo, Yambol region that rentals are desperatly needed. There are going to be dozens of folk coming over the border from Turkey and most of the people from Didim and Kus are heading for Elhovo.

Just out of curiosity what is the attraction of Elhovo? and what makes you think that most of the people coming from Turkey will choose that region?

Well I found out about the area through an article in Voices Newspaper ( our local english language paper) telling us about the new kennels that had been opened in a village near Elhovo by a couple that had been residing in Didim for some years.. Then a couple of friends decided to move and I have been following them on facebook and it just kind of spiralled from there. I know when I come to have a look round in a couple of weeks, loads of my friends will be very interested in what I have found out about the place. The ones that are coming from Kusadasi have probabley read a certain fantastic blog and maybe know the author personally. All it takes is one person to move and be a great success and everyone gets to know about it.

Turkey is a wonderful country, but for some the constant rises in residency visa's, the threat of compulsary health insurance at 181 lira per month and the general rise of every food items are getting a little too much, so many are looking to relocate to somewhere where our/their money will go further.

I hope that kind of explains the mass exodus that is taking place at the moment.

Hi we have 3 new houses in Dyulevo [Sredecs] there not finished but would do if we could get some long term rent, the rent would be very small more important would be to have someone living there . Hope everyone is well ? I have not posted anything for a while { long story}
