| Does anyone know where I can get the above in Plovdiv? I went into the Technomarkt in Plovdiv and not only did they not have Windows 10 but were absolutely clueless with regards to where I might buy it and still seemed to think that folks use MS-DOS. My wife bought me a laptop but didn't realize that in this country they actually sell computers with no OS installed. I know that I can order it from the UK but would obviously prefer to just go and buy it here off the shelf. Thanks for any help. |

| Be patient for a bit longer...he is working out some options for you as I speak.
It appears that at the moment you can't buy a W10 installation disc here in Bulgaria...most people upgrade from W7 or W8 which they already have on their system.. that won't help you in this case, unless you want to get 7, 8 or 8.1 which are readily available...and go from there. The upgrade to W10 is free!
He has the W10 system on a dedicated flash drive which he could use to install on your laptop, but it's in Sofia and he's not going back there until early January.
He'll keep working on a solution for you. |

| Would not installing windows 7 or 8.1 then after install and updates, you get the windows 10 free upgrade we are getting bombarded with, be another way.? If you have moved to windows 10 the below might be of use?? [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Bill |

That's the easiest way to do it...and the way I would go, IF I wanted to do it, which I don't! I'm perfectly content with W8.1 Industry Pro. Anyway, Stig has provided some good options for him. |

| Hi Bulgariabill, Sorry for the delay in replying, had to wait for the hypothermia to ease off. I think the cost at PIC was about 250 leva. Not cheap but they installed it on the spot. |
