I know this house very well, I've been to quite a few parties and have had a few meals with Phil and Margarita his wife. I am surprised at the price as I would have thought it was worth much more?

Just had a peep on facebook and what a lovely house, and a real bargain for someone, I just wished I was in the market for another house.
