hi everybody
wonder can somebody help me as im in a total panic mode at the moment, i need to get to bourgas airport from varna on monday 8th feb.now i know and hope there is regular bus services along this route,the only information i cannot find is the distance and how to get to the airport from SOUTH BUS STATION BOURGAS. now if theres anyone in that vacinity who wouldnt mind picking us up from this station take us to airport,that would b A1. other wise information how to get to airport would b great.this trip is sooooo important as our daughters getting married and needs her mum an dad,to go through all the last minite preperations b4 the big day on feb 13th.

Seem to remember the bus takes anything between 2 hours and 15 minutes to 3 hours depending which company / route, etc.

Make sure you buy your tickets well in advance.

Funny though, don't the buses from Varna generally go to WEST station in Bourgas, not South?

However, whichever station there should be a taxi rank ... just jump in one and ask for the 'letishte' and you should be OK.

Sorry, can't help you with that one ... last time I did that journey was in 1988!

I'm sure somebody will be along with more up to date information than I've got.

Taxi from the bus station in Burgas to the airport is max 15lv, taxi from Varna to Burgas airport will cost no more than 150lv. There is a regular bus from the bus station in Burgas to the airport .

this information very helpful,now being a pest,do u know what number bus to airport from bourgas station,an price,been told some of the bus drivers r a bit less than helpful to some non specking bulgarians.

Sorry dont know the number, but any bus going to Sunny Beach, Pomorie, or Aheloy will go past the airport, price is 3lv I think. But if you are getting the bus from Varna and it uses the new road to Burgas the bus will go passed the airport could be worth asking him if he will stop for you.
