PostSubject: Holiday Home in Bulgaria   Holiday Home in Bulgaria Icon_minitimeThu Dec 16, 2010 2:12 pm

My best friend moved to Bulgaria this Summer and I briefly flew over in July to help her get better settled in.
Given the time of year it was a nightmare trying to find a hotel or apartment and she was staying with her boyfriend so I couldn't stay with her as well. I ended up renting a holiday home in Varna and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't as expensive as I was anticipating and my friends boyfriend had a car there anyway so it was no trouble getting to the shops etc. I actually felt a bit more independent which was good.
I'm hoping to move to Varna at some point next year as I fell in love with the place so much. Everyone was so welcoming and I got to know a lot of Emma's friends over there so I'm beginning to think I need a change and am considering the move myself!
I am heading to Bulgaria AGAIN in January but this time to go skiing and then I will be going back a second time in 2011 in April to go a Bulgarian Language Course
I can't get enough!
