Ireland? My Mother did (and still does) love Matt Monro ... personally I could never see the attraction!

- 2. In which year did the Beatles hit the Top 10 with Back In The USSR ?
Too easy, this is one of my favourite Beatles tracks. '68 from the album 'The Beatles'. Funnily enough, this was written by McCartney only, but credited as 'Lennon/McCartney"
in the credits But then, they composed so much good stuff I imagine nobody cares!

- 3. What was U2’s second hit of 1988 ?
This much have been from 'War' from '83? Unless you include live albums (Unforgettable Fire from 1984 - brilliant live album, probably makes it onto my top 10 'live' albums ... sometimes!)? mmm, still stuck and I'm quite a fan of U2 and seen them many times. If you do include 'live' albums, then I will go for India.

Absolutely no idea, unless you're talking about The Style Council (Paul Weller - ex The Jam)? If so, let me know and I can probably find it if I dig around my albums/cd's.

- 9. Where is Paul Simon “counting the cars” in America ?
On the New Jersey Turnpike! This was the first Simon and Garfunkel song I ever learnt on guitar. Now I'll be singing "
Kathy, I'm lost,"
I said, though I knew she was sleeping ... I'm empty and aching and I don't know why"
all afternoon.
Thanks Ash
