Hi all

Anybody got any ideas on somewhere in Bansko, child friendly, that would be great for New Year? A friend has said we can use their apartment, but not much point in going if it wouldn't be suitable with a 2 year old child! I know there are fireworks at midnight, but does anyone have any ideas of what else could be good?

Sorry, my expertise isn't exactly with child-friendly places I am sure you would find some, though, try restaurants, hotels etc. Be aware of the current road problem on the main road, E79.

There dosn't seem to be much there for the children from what I can find out but if you goto Velingrad,which isn't too far, the distance between Bansko and Velingrad is around 60 km (Velingrad is northeast of Bansko) Just be aware that the road is in a far from perfect condition. you could check out these places that maybe more Child friendly ?

Sorry not replied earlier, but my dad has been here for 5 days and Chech got back on Tuesday after a month in the UK, so been a mad crazy busy week!!!

Not found anywhere yet, not really had chance to look with Gabbi being ill. So whether we actually go to Bansko yet, I really don't know, may look at Plovdiv, much closer to us, which would be good in case of bad weather!!!
