As our resident Indian Food expert, can I ask you a question please?
I have our neighbours round this week and I intend introducing them to the delights of Indian food.
I've lined up poppadoms and mango chutney (the only bit of the meal that isn't home-made).
Then I've decided on a Lamb Rogan Josh and a Chicken Balti, served with a Saag-Aloo, rice and Naan bread (thanks to your previous Naan recipe which I have now perfected).
However, I wouldn't mind whacking in a course of Onion Bahjees with a cucumber raita before the main course.
Do you have a recipe for 'can not be messed up' Onion Bahjees please?
PS. Need to shallow fry them as I don't possess a deep-fat fryer.
