The barbecues out, the grass has had it's 1st cut, and I've got heat bumps on my arms for the first time ever!!

Sunny skies will prevail in Bulgaria on Thursday with cloudy intervals above Western and Southern Bulgaria. The highest temperatures will range from 8 to 13C, in Sofia 8C.

just had an electrical storm for the past 2 hours, spectacular to see. usually blows the electric, but not this time. always unplug your modem in a storm, im on my third.

There will be many clouds over Bulgaria on Friday. Rainfalls are expected in South Bulgaria at first and then in the afternoon – throughout the rest of the country. In North-eastern Bulgaria it will start raining during the night hours of Saturday. Lowest daytime temperatures will range from 0C to 5C, up to 8C in the Eastern areas, highest temperatures will be 10C -15C.

On the first day of this weekend, rain showers are expected in the south-eastern parts, with broken clouds over the rest of the country. Temperatures will remain unchanged, with lows of 3 to 8°C and highs of 11 to 16 °C, in Sofia – around 12 °C.

Cloudy skies will prevail over Bulgaria on Sunday with lowest temperatures from 2 up to 11C in South-western Bulgaria and the Black Sea coast, in Sofia 3C. The highest temperatures will range from 11 to 16C, in Sofia 13C. The western Danube plain will see quiet and slightly colder daytime temperatures from 6 to 10C.

broken clouds and local occasional rainfalls expected. Highest daytime temperatures will range from 17 to 22 degrees C. Temperature records for this time of year are expected.

-13 last night here in Shropshire and its alread -6 now

24 Bulgarian Cities Register Record-High Temperatures

Bulgaria registered high temperature records in 24 cities on Monday, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has announced.

The warmest weather was registered in North Bulgaria, where temperatures exceeded 25 degrees Celsius.

The highest temperatures were registered in Ahtopol – 25.5, Ruse -25.2, Razgrad – 25.2, Lovech – 25,Veliko Tarnovo – 24, Plovdiv – 23.5, Pazardzhik – 23.4 and Silistra – 23.4.
