When we bought our house in 2007 we did not realize that BPA put our address as a shopping mall in Veliko Tornovo, We had our company moved to Shoumen in order to register our car. We have found out today that when we moved it ,it was automatically put on the company register, so we do not have to re registerd,saved us a few bob!! It might vary region to region but that is our experience in NE BG

When My BG partner and i where at the office to publish my accounts yesterday the office worker enquired why i still had a company, as she knew i did not need one to own land and a house thesedays, she said it was 40 leva and a 6 months wait to dissolve the company...... and did i want to start the process now? i declined and never asked how the house/land would be transferred to me.

No lawyer needed and an easy process for a nil trading company!

Hi GinaA, I was told i could fill in a form and pay the 40 leva fee there and then and then i needed to wait 6 months for the company to be dissolved, the office worker said it was an easy process, i didn`t enquire further as i want to keep my company.
