I introduced our lovely neighbours to curry tonight - Real glad it turned out well Don't think they had ever eaten anything like this before although they did say they had curry, but they did not know curry was hot. I ask how do they make curry and they said all the leftover food is cooked in a pot, I guess a kind of stew, then they call that curry. Dotcho loved it as it was madras hot not vindaloo....
