Another beautiful Spring day. Is Baba Marta enjoying the sunshine too? What are forum members up to in this wonderful weather? My Hero has been rotovating and our lettuce which have been buried under the snow are bursting into life and looking good. Spring flowers all popping up their heads and daffs in bud. Lots of requests from locals wanting rotovating done. Its all so early - what a great winter and Spring we have had this year.

it really has been a wonderful winter and this spring is spectacular. it is 22 degrees here today and feels like summer. Doors and windows open and all loving being in the garden and planting out now ready for fresh salad and veg and beautiful flowers for the year. have a lovely day in the sun shine every one

Having a good day sanding and varnishing exterior woodworks..fun?..not really, although the weather is very pleasant. I did all our rotavating last weekend, thank gosh.

Not long after posting this Baba Marta visited with a short sharp shower of rain/sleet! She must have heard me. Over now and suns out again and hot. April showers in March! Its not over till its over.

I'm making the most of the sun, clipping the horses;
before the temperature gets too hot for them and spring cleaning carpets and curtains. Just read the forecast and we've got rain for a week so better get on and finish. Enjoy the sun everyone.

Almost dark and still 15 degrees..suits me, as my varnish will dry properly. I just know I'm going to have a back ache in the morning..ladders, painting/varnishing and I just don't mix well.

Like bgbazz I have been on the DIY. Sadolin, Wonderful stuff been up and down those ladders more times than I can count, well more than 30 :Very funny 2:good job jobbed. Had the roller blinds serviced and outside windows cleaned yesterday so just waiting for some dirty rain

Yep we started building a Summer House for the want of a better word on Thursday in wood and yesterday half the roof was tiled thanks to the weather. Had a storm though in the evening but the sun is coming up today so we are off to the English Market in Dobrich which happens every second Sunday in the month.

We are both sporting a tan from wandering around VT for a couple of days. Got a bit warm but it is soooo good to be able to have breakfast outside in th sun. Back home to UK tomorrow, where the weather is not quite so nice!

Well, the weather stayed nice..got all the varnishing done and dusted. Predicted back ache is making its presence felt, but I guess I can live with that for a day or two.

Hmmmm, came home today to blizzards at Manchester airport! Temperature 1. It was only yesterday we were sitting outside having breakfast in the sun in BG, wasn't it?
