MOT on my gas bottle

Last year i had to get the LPG tank in my car tested for the MOT, could someone tell me if this was a one off or will i need to do this anually ??

Think that it is an annual check as we stopped a few times at a Metan station (lots of travelling) and the garage refused to guve us fuel again until it was checked. I think there is a date stamp somewere. Was only about 20lv to get it mot'd if I remember correctly

When you get your Preglet done the garage should also check the gas tank. You should have a warning sign on the back window so they will see that. Total cost for preglet (MOT) and gas tank check should be no more than 35 BGN

Powerful Car Explosion Rocks Varna Neighborhood

A powerful blast woke up the ‘Pogrebite’ neighborhood of Bulgaria’s Black Sea city of Varna early Friday as a car was allegedly blown up.

The incident that occurred at 2:30 am Friday smashed the glass in nearby buildings and a fire was put out by firefighters a Ford Jeep was allegedly blown up. Two other vehicles were damaged.

The whole area has been cordoned off by police. The cause of the explosion was confirmed to be the gas bottle in the back of the car.

It is allegedly the third car that the unnamed owner has tried to explode over the past months.



I wonder if they had their gas Bottle checked/Mot'd
