I have been reading conflicting reports of using Fibran Insulation on the outside of a property. Does anyone have a property with this on or has anyone installed it on their property? Does it make a difference or does it cause internal problems with the walls?
we had no probs with our internall walls untill we put this stuff on ...and i rue the day 3yrs down the line we still cant get it sorted. lot to spend out for a load of trouble and NOT a lot of difference in the heat of the house :mad: :twisted:

If you look at a previous thread that I did which is headed " Insulation" not so long ago. Just to irritirate the need to use the 4cm rather than the 2cm Fribran for a postitive effect.In my village a couple had thier house done with Fribran and last Winter I visited them when the temprature was around the minus 20 degree mark and it was like a green house inside!I had my house done this Spring and Fribran works in reverse in hot tempratures by keeping your house cool as it did with mine.

Thanks for replies, have read through the posted link it does seem more people have good things to say about Fibran insulation than bad. Information will assist us when we start house hunting in the coming months.
