Hi, we have been here for just twelve months and our MOT is now about to expire. Does anyone know of a reliable and honest garage in the Dobrich area. Preferably with someone who speaks English.

there is a good one in balchik near the cemetry, they dont speak english, just say priglet and they will do your mot. make sure you have all the paperwork, they spend more time going through that than they do inspecting your car.
not had any problems at all with them.

We had our car MoT'd in Pavlikeni, the car was started on straight away whilst we went into the cafe at the MoT station, four of us had a free coffee and the total charge was 36 Levs. Fifteen minutes after arriving we had our certificate. Marvelous service, the UK could learn a thing or two from Bulgaria.

As I understand it from my mate that there is an MOT station right near Kaufland in Dobrich. If you come out of Kaufland and turn left to the traffic lights and turn left again then almost immediatly on your right is a garage where you will see the mechanics bays.I havn't been there myself as I have just has the pleasure of the KAT in Varna but I understand that the owner does speak some English.
