OK the big question is ' Who has booked their hols in BG??' Oh guess what!! I have 3 weeks in Oct

Booked mine end of July for 2 week, wish it was longer its worked out quite expensive flight and car hire.

i have not booked for bulgaria, i live in bulgaria, i go spain for a break.

HI zelda how lovely to see you back - Yes know what you mean about the flights since BA pulled out prices have hit the roof. Few people are booking package hols then stay in the hotel the night they arrived and the night before they leave - the rest of the time they stay at their own place. It seems to work out cheaper for them in the height of the summer.

Have booked mine, going to Essex for 3 days, the fly to the olde country (Ireland) for 5 days then back to England for another 3-4 days.
Bags all packed and ready, fly tomorrow. So looking forward seeing my family, and spending time with the grandchildren. The oldest grandson (13) will be returning with me, so I think we will have a few days touring and then off to Greece for a swim, so all in all I think 4 weeks R+R

Well Oddy we booked our holidays in Bulgaria for April, May, June and now July, h'mm I wonder what it's like in December!

You will love every minute of it - hope you got a good heating system for the winter

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our September holiday/look-see has had to be postponed till next year.

We have found flights are very expensive, and as someone else mentioned, will probably book a package holiday in early May. Earlier would have been better, but have to wait for the season to start. Then we will hire a car and move around to check out as much as we can (same as we do every holiday, whether Greece, Portugal or home!) and check in to B&
Bs as and when.

Can't wait.
