Can You move freely goods to Bulgaria You bought somewhere in the EU, and payed Vat onto it . Idem for personal Goods (computer,car,kitchen utensils etc ? Is There some income tax to pay at the border crossingpoint ?

Yes your right there is free movement of goods within the eu and you shouldn't have to pay any tax.

Those were the wonderful words of our former Prime Minister Ted Heath back in the 70's when he asked us to vote and join the Common Market. He never told us about the rest of the rubbish which might follow it though!!
