Hey guys

I am willing to buy a shell of a building (house).with windows &
outside doors.
Best Bg Properties Ltd is selling it, i have made an offer , they didn't accept my offer,
nevertheless they came down a bit.
I asked them for a few trustfull contracters.
they said they could do it,but also told me that they have a their own building company.
Does anyone have experience with Best Bg Properties Ltd, are they trustful ?
This house needs insulation of the roof &
outside walls, brand dormer in the roof ,
partly eletricity (attic)
stoves or casette in chimneys for midseason
central heating (fuel ? , wood ?) for winter
inside &
outside handrails
three-phase current 25 Amp in the kitchens
tiling floors &
stairways
frostfree floor onto verandas &
balconies and outdoor stairs
tiling walls bathrooms &
WCs
inside doors
garagedoor in the basement
eletricity for washing machine &
dryer in basement
Does someone have suggestions ?

As the customers wanted some changes, our designer made the plans for
them and some 3d visualizations. I am pretty sure that you will be happy
with our work, but if you insist I can direct you to some of our
competitors.

Thanks for that I just wanted to check to see if they were connected in anyway with some of the other agencies in Bulgaria but it seems they aren't? I would ask if you can see some of the work they have already done and also ask for contact details of their satisfied clients, at least you can ask their clients what their thoughts of the company are? and if this company don't have anything to hide they will be only too happy to provide you with this kind of information. Good advice from admin :Congtrats:don't be afraid to ask its better to ask now than perhaps make an expensive mistake?

We used the so called construction company that was attached to our agent, and that was a big mistake. I'm not saying that all the work was rubbish work but mid way through the top guy was changed and the quality of the work deteriorated. I would from experience go for a known Builder with some accreditations from forum members on how good the work is. But this will depend on where you are?

you do need to check out satisfied clients. use an independent lawyer and not the companies. ive had a look at the site ( many spelling errors ) and some of their fees. i would get some quotes from eslewhere for admin charges and company set up fees.

so i became suspicious.

Glad your taking your time and getting as much information as you can but you should also get information from satisfied clients. Just another word of warning sometimes on forums you may be approached via pm with members offering to work for you again please be careful and don't think that because they are a member of any forum that you can relax or trut them. Please take your time.
