| We found Kaminitza Black, which hubby say's tastes like a british light if that makes sense, And at 80 stinkies a bottle I suppose it does as substitute for 70 shilling. |

| I like the beer myself but after visiting a fellow brit in VT I was enlightened what to do with Rakia if your not keen on it.Mix 1 part washed/pricked fruit,1 part white sugar and 1 part Rakia in 2LTR plastic pop bottles.Shake the bottle every couple of days untill the sugar has dissolved and store for a couple of months. The Liquor is lovely.Strawberries and currants are particually good although Sloes are out at the moment. Still no Cider here though! |

| Well I'm glad to know you like coffee Ashley, for me too it is my favourite drink, I like the soft mild coffees rather than the strong rich taste, But I diverse of topic. It seems we just might get some interesting responces on here. I don't drink alcohol either, but love to have it in the house for guests. I'm interested in learning about Bulgarian wines and how they get the different types and flavours here. Here in this village there are many different varieties of the grapes, but what do you do with them to make good wine. |

| boza is a fermented cereal drink - originates from Turkey - but many Bulgarians may disagree - is found anywhere where Banitsa is sold- a white cheese based pastry - and is a typical Bulgarian breakfast - banitsa and boza - it is mildly alcoholc 0.2 % or so - are there anyforeigners who like this ?? - i have tried several times but just cant- think its one of those things that you have to have grown up with... Arian is basically yoghurt and water mixed and often salted - usually 50/50 mix but varies - this i find very delicious and refreshing - great in the summer and very good after a few drinks the night before. |

| Start today cidcelia, should be ready by the time the pills are finished.
Then you just need some more pills for the hang-over |
