Does anyone know if there are any gliding clubs in Bulgaria? I'm a member of one here in the uk and its something I love and would want to continue with this hobby/sport when I move over there so any information would be great.

Anything here with an engine doubles as a glider.Sometimes to save fuel on landing and sometimes due to too much Bulgarian remont!!

I have traveled around Bulgaria quite a lot but never come across any Gliders maybe you should contact one of the smaller airports and see if they can help because they will be aware of them.

The German's must have left a few after the war! Probably have a couple of CZ bike engine taped to them by now and crop spraying in a village near you very soon......

On a more cerious note,there is plenty coming up for 'handgling in bulgaria' Maybe contact the guys with the u-tube vids to see if they know of anywhere.

Thank you ABC Property Surveyors.BG for the heads up I wouldn't have thought of that, I have searched google but I can't find anything and I have asked around in the uk so maybe they haven't got to it yet in Bg but I will definitely take a look around youtube
