Hi I'm posting here to ask if anyone is interested in a program called "
Homes from hell"
this program as some of you will know has highlighted some of the worst builds in the EU and some of the difficulties people have had with their sellers/agent and more to the point fraud, anyway if any has anything to share that may be of interest to the program, can they either post here or contact me via Pm by 11 am on Friday 12 November.

Good post Ashley I'm fine and don't have anything to complain about but I'm sure there will be those who have had a bad experience good luck with the program

That sounds like a good opportunity for people who have suffered a loss in building projects in Bulgaria to come forward and state their case
I know that there are groups formed to fight the perpetrators over property fraud and more to the point, as many as three different buyers thinking they own a property when in fact that same property has been sold and nobody has any deeds. I know of one couple who paid 50% down and was told that the roof would go on in the next few days, so they got a flight to see for themselves and found that the foundations had only been dug out
