Woodsman ... how good is your work with hinges?

Our dog is not as old as she used to be and has trouble getting in the back of our four wheel drive.

I'd really like a 'folding' set of steps that she can use to get in and out of the back (back seats folded so plenty of room) than can then be collapsed to 'small as possible' to put in the back with her.

Any ideas?

hi chris,

how about buying a cheap wooden ladder...then work out how long you wish it to be...then cut it to length.

then cut it again and hinge it, so that it folds up into your car for storage.

thats the way i would go.....hinges are easy...and simple to fit.

Yes, I sent it to that address, buy maybe hotmail binned it as I had quite a few images attached (car, dog, plan, etc.).
