Hi everybody

I have read in the Sofia Echo that tourism in Bulgaria in 2009 was down and many hotels and holiday lets are struggling to survive
In my opinion one of the main reasons for that is a total lack of flights to Varna. Having said that and to quote the old English saying "
which came first the chicken or the egg"
do passengers require airlines or do airlines need passengers

What I cannot understand is that looking at the available flights most of them are arrivals and departures on Friday's and Sunday's, what for goodness sake is the sense of that when most people are programmed in to Saturdays

If there are any experts on this forum who can give a complete flight timetable for this summer 2010 that would be most welcome information
It would include such airlines as Wizzair, Balkan holidays, British airways, Bulgarian airways, Thomsons charter etc, and where they fly from in the UK

I would think the only way to do that would be to contact the airlines individually and ask them for their timetable but some airlines don't work so far ahead and seem to plan on a monthly basis so I'm not sure how accurate they would be anyway
