i am trying to book a flight to the uk. looked on line, searched around and found a few quotes. not trusting myself to book online, i went to the travel agents for a quote. varn to sofia return ok, sofia to manchester return ok. so i said book it, i wanted the usual 20k luggage allowance. no she said it is now 10k. if you want 20k it will be 58 euros each, strange.
now back on the easy jet luggage policy, its says 20k allowance in the hold and under 20k allowance to carry on board the plane.

so im totally confused as to what their policy is. the travel agent is adamant it is 10k, online says 20k. which is it, because 10k is no good to anyone.

in other words,, i got nowhere today. :Hair:

Hold luggage was 20kg when we last travelled in December and January booked the same for this year. Hold luggage is as heavy as you can carry as long as it fits in the stated size bag.

Sounds like agent is miss informed unless they have different restrictions. Call easy jet on:-

well, i have been given mis information at the travel agents, its not 10k at all in fact pre booking luggage is half price and cabin luggage as you say tony is unlimited within the dimensions.
i have just booked on line ( thats a first) and saved 129 euros.

the moral of the story is check all options before booking. especially in dobrich.

Well done June, it is easy. Easy jet are OK allow about a tenner if you want to eat on board. We usually go for the Bacon baguette. I think they also do a meal deal for about 7.50 to 8 quid. That is food plus a drink. We find the stuff is edible. If you take your own grub just make sure you wrap in cling film. They tend to cue as soon as they see the plane land. We don't bother as we always have speedy boarding, but if you are a sole traveller this would be a waste of money as there are always enough seats for everyone. If you aim for rows 12 &
13 I think you will find that they are the extra leg room seats.
