Hiya Guys I just had this sent to me from BRE in Yambol Bg, I just thought it may be of interest to anyone who is thinking of going to Bg soon

Good Opportunity to Re-register your Company

We would like to inform all of our clients that Wizz Air are offering return

flights from London Luton to Burgas airport from just 68 pounds,

during the months of October and November and with this in mind it may

be the perfect time to come to Bulgaria and re-register your Company

which must be done by December 2010.

Best regards

Karen Penny

Wizz Air reports 76 per cent increase in Bulgarian traffic

Budget carrier Wizz Air has reported a steep increase in traffic on its Bulgarian network, accounting for a 76 per cent rise in 2009 on the previous year, the company reported on its website.

In total, Wizz Air ferried 7.8 million people in 2009, a 33 per cent increase on its 2008 figures.

Wizz Air also announced that it would expand its fleet in Romania and introduce new flights. Reportedly, from June 12 2010 the carrier will base a third aircraft in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca that will enable it to launch new flights to the Italian destinations of Pisa and Turin and increase frequencies on other existing routes.

The airline will also add Pisa to its list of destinations from the Romanian capital, Bucharest, and start new services from Timisoara in Romania to Bologna in Italy. Additionally, Wizz Air will also initiate flights from the Hungarian capital, Budapest, to Forli in Italy as of March 30 2010. This route will be thrice weekly.

The company reported that it carried 3.6 million passengers in Poland in 2009 and envisages those figures rising to about 4.7 million passengers this year.

Hi everyone,

I have never travelled with a no frills flight and I'm thinking of booking with Wizz air, I have read in the media when booking these flights you have to be very careful, otherwise it may cost people dearly in money terms. Please post your tips, I see the baggage allowance can be quite expensive with a maximum of only 15kg, I was thinking of bringing over some items from the UK, so if you guys see any good flights please post.

I've flown with Wizzair a couple of times and had a bit of a problem the 2nd time as my luggage was overweight.
I had flown to Luton from Glasgow with Easyjet whose allowance is 20kg, and didn't realise Wizzair's allowance was less.
It was an expensive lesson which I hope not to repeat!

Apart from that flights were fine and on time.

Evening Means

Well silly me left too late [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I humed and hawed about it and then when I finally decided to go for it, the outbound flight had jumped from £33 each to £101 each. The return stayed the same £41 each. Of course they charge you £16 to book with a debit or credit card so if you have a Electron there is no charge So return for a week total cost for 2 was £303 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] and return for 3 wks total cost us £219 So book now to get the fligts £33 each way.

Watch your luggage allowance with Wizzair - its only 15kg and they will charge if you are over by anything at all.
