| I am rather excited as tomorrow I will host a Chinese lunch for my Bulgarian friends. I do hope they like it. I have done 4 meat dishes so far, chichen curry, pork in blackbean sauce, chicken with red pepper in a pineapply and orange sauce and beef with green peppers in a sweet and sour sauce. Made all the sauces myself, wanted to do more but only 8 of us so don't go over board. Will have egg fried rice and a strip pork in nuts stirfry and honey and lemon noodles. Don't like the chinese puds so will have strawberry cheesecake or caramel icecream. Just a little this time but next time have the prawn balls in stick sauce and duck dishes etc etc |

| What! no bullfrog, duck tongue or donkey penis (all of which I have had the dubious pleasure of eating in the past) by the way lychee is a popular desert in China but very hard to handle with chopsticks |

Try link again Willow as not valid. Refraining from any further references to equine plumbing, it's just an additional "h" in the https, delete this and the link works |

| Wow! even if I say so myself lunch was lovely, everyone seemed to enjoy it and almost everything was eaten so a good result. This was their first taste of Chinese and it went down well. Next we will have a Mexican lunch might be fun to dress up too. |

Glad things went well, can't comment on the Mex food as the closest I have been is Texas. |
