We are pleased to announce that Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has helped the Bulgarian state to confiscate property in the area of Dobrich valued at over £37,000 (90,000 lev) from a British national sentenced in the UK for fiscal fraud. Stripping him of his ill-gotten overseas assets was achieved through the successful cooperation between HMRC and the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice.

Just arrived home in the UK. I am very pleased to confirm that it was not me. Do we know in what area of Dobrich it was
