I recently came across a post on another forum where a  mickey mouse rival was slandering BiB services for no reason whatsoever except to try and gain business, I'm not going to mention their name here but the person concerned is well know as a TROLL, I believe he was a member on here sometime back in various names and was behind another forum that took great pleasure in knocking at all other forums including this one however he now has an fb page with a load of fake members. Anyway moving on I can not say enough about how good BiB services are and June and Graeme will go out of their way to help you in every way possible. Below are just some of the recommendations I have found but there are too many to add here so it's just a snapshot. I would also like to recommend BIB services for airport transfers.
We had booked 3 transfers and each time there was no problem whatsoever, unlike other transfers I have experienced in the past.

Graeme was waiting for us at arrival, punctual when picking us up and very helpful with our cases.

We will certainly be using them again.

we had to cancel our return trip to the airport as our trip to yambol took longer than expected, graeme was very understanding and was more than happy to be "on standby".

Graeme was on time and waiting for us at the airport and gave a pleasant safe drive to our destination at RCN St Vlas.

Would be more than happy to reccommend him to others and will most definately use his services again.

My brother also used him for the same journeys and was most pleased.

We have just returned from 3 weeks at our apartment in St Vlas and want to say what a great time we had and a big thanks to June and Graeme of B.I.B Services for all there help.
The airport runs were always punctual (even the extra one to claim our lost suitcase), and what a big help Graeme was at the metro when we went to buy everything for the apartment. It was lovely to meet them both when they came for some evening refreshments one night and my lad was very interested with the stories of Bobby the dog who he hopes to see next year.
We are now having them looking after the place for us which is a big weight off our shoulders knowing it is in good hands.

All in all we can't recommend them enough.

Last year we used BIB Services, price was 115 lv for the return journey, no waiting they were there to meet us, and very helpfull, gave us a lot of information on the way in about where things were etc. Were waiting outside our apartment for us for the return back to the airport. Would recommend them great service. I will be using them again this year once we have booked our flights.



There are plenty of smaller trustworthy businesses out there who will be glad of the business (BIB for example). Personally my advice is to use those, rather than the big companies, who just plainly think you are stupid.

Got to be honest I haven't used this service only because I haven't had the need but I have various friends who will only use BIB and have always been happy with them which is why they continually go back. Well done to BIB and

BIB are probably one of the only services you will come across in Bg who are fully insured and legal not like some on certain FB pages. As for me I Would recommend BIB great service and great people who care.

Can only comment on airport pick ups and you won't get better than June. you Both

It's been quite sometime since I used them in fact they were recommended to me by a friend who has lived in Bulgaria for many years and he uses them as required and swears by them as being honest and reliable which I can only echo, as I said its been sometime now but If I ever needed their help again I wouldn't hesitate.

:Only having been to Bg 3 times I used them on 2 of the occasions after a bad experience with a low cost car hire company that let me down at the last minute, I actually found BiB on this forum and decided to give them a try and all I can say is perfect in every way maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they offer the best.

I know of the other company as you put it Mickey mouse they are a couple of chancres who will stop at nothing to destroy anyone's business if it helps them, I am a member on their Fb page and I can tell you that there are quite a few of us that know what is going on but we don't say anything we just keep watching and reading. BIB are a wonderful service and you only have to read all the above to see that which is why I have used them in the past and will continue to use them so long as I am here in Bulgaria, they do a marvellous job and so friendly with it. June take no notice of what he or she says about you I can assure you that those of us who are genuine and real know the real story and you are no story only fact and a Bl**dy good one at that.

First class service everytime something you won't get easily in Bulgaria have tried others inc the one on Facebook which are less than good.

BIB is one of the most respected expat companies in Bulgaria and I can only offer my thoughts which are fabulous

I've never used June's service or the one above known as Micky mouse but I think it's obvious from both websites that the more professional of the 2 is BiB and looking round the net they have a very good reputation unlike the other who is more know as being a troll and a bully. so Bib get my vote and I'll call them when I need to.

June aka Fletch is a respectable person and will always be honest and provide a second to none service.

It has been posted on another forum by this person, that we as a company do not do what we are paid to do. They claim that they have one of our clients who went to them for help due to our bad management. They also claim that they had to get Lawyers and Accountants to sort this problem out, at a very large expense to this person.

Due to the severity of this accusation we as a company requested that they give us the name of this client so that we can check our files, also to check if this person has or is one of our clients.

The reply that I got posted on the forum to this request, was they were not going to send a pm with information and that why did I not phone them. I explained that due to the severity of this accusation it does need to be in writing as a phone call can always be disputed. As of posting this we have not had any information from them.
